EU Withdrawal

For eligible consumer purchases delivered in the European Union, you generally have 14 days after receiving the final item in your order to withdraw from the contract. You do not need to give a reason.

If a sealed product is not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the withdrawal right may not apply after its seal has been removed. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
